Regina Strawberry Chocolate Cake + Port Wine

The combination of flavors

Take the risk! Find new flavours on an usual chocolate cake with this delicious combination of strawberry flavoured chocolate accompanied with a glass of Port.

Ingredients:
– Eggs: 6
– Sugar: 50 g
– Butter: 75 g
– Flour: 80 g
– Regina strawberry flavoured chocolate bar: 200 g

Icing:
– Regina strawberry flavoured chocolate bar: 100 g
– Whipped Cream: 60 ml

Preparation:

Melt the chocolate with the butter. Beat the yolks with the sugar and add the mixture to the chocolate. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add this with the flour to the previous mixture, folding it carefully.
Place it in the preheated oven to 180°C for around 20 minutes.

Icing:

Melt the chocolate with the cream and pour over the chocolate cake.
After cooling, serve the cake along with a glass of port.
